What is AI Builders? A self-organizing nonprofit community of 5000+ AI nerds 🤓. We're building a democratic AI platform, to make our community completely co-owned and co-governed by you (yes, all attendees). Will it be recorded? Yes, some sessions are streamed live and recorded. By attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed. Let us know if you don't want to be on camera. I'm not technical. Can I come? Yes, but to actually enjoy the meetup we recommend understanding basic LLM concepts: Agents, Embeddings, RAG, MCPs, Inference, Structured Output, Finetuning, APIs, Reinforcement Learning. Not sure what those mean? Ask any chatbot — that's literally what they're for. Can I get a free ticket? Can I volunteer? Money should never be the reason not to join. If you need a sponsored ticket, or want to help out by arriving 1.5h early to set up, message Martin. Can I demo, give a talk, or just help out? Message Martin if you want to shine ✨ on stage and grow your network — community demos are 10 minutes, builder demos are 15-20 minutes. What time does the hackday start? The hackday starts at 10:00 on Friday, 20 November. Do I need to form a team in advance? No! We'll have team formation at the beginning. You can also join solo. What should I bring? Bring your laptop, charger, and any APIs/tools you want to use. How do I submit my project? Submit via the hackday dashboard. Include a demo video and GitHub link. // What to bring Your laptop and charger An idea you’d like to explore or a willingness to join someone else’s Any tools or accounts you expect to use for building Please register early, as we expect the event to reach full capacity! If all spots are taken, we strongly encourage you to join the waitlist. Places may open up, and being on the list increases your chances of securing a spot—so don’t let a full registration discourage you from signing up! Registering also helps the organizers plan ahead. Further details about judging criteria, submissions, and any confirmed sponsor contributions will be shared ahead of the event. // VENUE & SPONSORS With ImmoScout24 & Nebius.
