Event Description

Participants will compete across two stages: •       Round 1: Online PPT Submission Round [ Click to find the PPT Template ] •       Round 2: 24-Hour Offline Grand Finale Who Can Participate? •       Women aged 18 years and above •       Teams of 2–4 members •       Participants from both technical and non-technical backgrounds are welcome Round 1: Online Innovation Challenge What Participants Need to Do Teams must: •       Select a Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) or impact-focused theme •       Identify a real-world problem •       Propose an innovative solution •       Team Leader alone submits their idea through the application portal using the given PPT template Outcome : The top 50 teams will be shortlisted and invited to compete in the offline finale at Rajalakshmi Engineering College, Chennai. Round 2: Offline Grand Finale (Top 50 Teams Only) Dates & Venue •       Dates: August 1–2, 2026 [ 24-hour hackathon ] •       Venue: Rajalakshmi Engineering College, Chennai [ Travel and accommodation facility will not be provided before or after the hackathon - food and refreshments will be taken care of during the entire hackathon duration ] What Happens in Round 2? Unlike traditional hackathons where teams continue building their Round 1 idea, shortlisted teams will receive new challenge statements during the finale to build upon it.
