100 Latino builders. One full day. Three problems our communities live with every day. Saturday, October 10 · 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM · Manhattan During National Hispanic Heritage Month Free. Food and coffee included. Cash prizes per track.

THE THREE TRACKS 🛂 IMMIGRATION — Papers & Process Status, documents, and the systems that decide who belongs. Legal aid intake, plain-language explainers for forms that terrify people, interpreter tooling. 🏥 HEALTHCARE — Care Without Barriers Language, coverage, and access for patients the system was never built for. Interpretation at the point of care, insurance navigation, discharge instructions people can actually read. 💵 FINANCE — Banking the Unbanked Credit without a financial history, remittances, and bookkeeping for businesses that run on cash. Cash prize per track — amount to be announced.

YOU DON'T NEED TO BE AN ENGINEER This room is deliberately mixed. Immigration attorneys, nurses, community health workers, social workers and financial counselors build alongside engineers — because the teams that win these things are the ones with someone who knows the problem from the inside. If that's you, you belong here. Come alone and we'll put you on a team at 10am.
