In this talk/discussion, I want to talk about how Claude Code and other internal tools Uber built on top of Claude is unlocking efficiency for Ops, from data analysis to automation, slides and strategy - esp with writing queries, creating dashboards and analysis pages. I will also talk about how we 10x Claude Code adoption for ANZ. Currently a strat and ops manager at Uber, my background is in data, AI and GTM. I have also founded a genetic testing startup in Vietnam. 18:50 – 19:10 | I knew the problem. I didn’t know how to code. — Farzana Khan After more than a decade in HR, I’d seen how often capable people struggled to communicate their value on a resume. That became the starting point for Roast My Resume, an AI-powered resume feedback platform. In this session, I’ll share my experience building as a non-technical founder: translating professional expertise into a product, deciding what to build first, and learning from early users. Using Roast My Resume as a case study, I’ll explore:
- Turning a recurring customer problem into a focused product idea.
- Using AI to support the move from idea to MVP.
- Where human judgment matters when AI gives career feedback.
- What early testing taught me about clarity, trust and pricing. Attendees will leave with practical questions to guide their own builds, particularly when they know their industry better than they know how to code. 19:10 – 19:30 | The new Claude Projects - what changed? — Dominik Fretz Anthropic recently started rolling out their new Project feature - learn what changed and how to use the feature. 19:30 – 19:45 | Speaker Panel Q&A 19:45 – 19:55 | Community announcements Community announcements, next meetings, Q&A.
