Before Georgian, Emily was a management consultant at McKinsey & Co., where she worked on organizational transformation and digital innovation for finance and insurance companies. She holds an MBA from Cornell's Johnson School, where she was a Park Leadership Fellow, and a BFA in Dance from Juilliard.
